Zendesk App

Zendesk App was developed to automate the process for the web team. The app is using React library and was written in JSX programming language. This was developed to reduce errors and improve the consistency in processing. The functionality was expanded to include an integration with Pipedrive too. Achieved a 70% + reduction in the completion time for onboarding customers on the web platform.

Deals Check Automation

I automated the deals check process, which was previously a two-hour daily task. I used Node.js, Express and npm packages (dns and cheerio) to scrape data from external sites. Integrating this with the Salesforce API, I enabled a swift assessment of deal statuses, significantly reducing the time required for manual reviews. This project greatly enhanced team efficiency and productivity.

Whois Api

I integrated the Whois API to track expiring domains and notify users. As part of a team, I designed and implemented this integration, linking it with our Firebase database fed by a Metabase connection. This improved our domain management efficiency by reducing manual tracking efforts by 90%.
